Dr. Christopher Eckstein, MD, MSQM, is a board-certified neurologist
with a focus on neuroimmunology and complex autoimmune neurologic
disease. He completed his undergraduate and medical training at the
University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then pursued fellowship training
in neuroimmunology at Johns Hopkins University, shaping a career
centered on multiple sclerosis and related disorders.

his primary clinical and research interests lie in multiple sclerosis,
neuromyelitis optica, and other inflammatory diseases of the central

has been actively involved in clinical trials advancing therapies for
these conditions.

He believes that patients should not feel overwhelmed by the complexity
of neurologic disease and strives to provide clear, thoughtful guidance
grounded in both experience and evidence. His approach emphasizes
partnership—helping patients understand their diagnosis and navigate
